I missed a few days posting because many of the topics that are on my mind need a bunch of research (so I'm working on that).

What really is the difference between biodegradable and compostable? Often there are various products on the shelf in a store and they all sound like a good idea for the environment, but what does it mean exactly? Worldcentric.org has a handy overview of these bioplastics and some of the products available. Soon I will post in more detail about what good options are for your summer BBQ.
